Our Story
As first and second generation immigrants, we knew struggle and how hard our parents worked. But we wanted a different life. More freedom. More choice. More time with the people we love.
That is what drew us to property.
But we kept experiencing the same problem. Building up equity yet cashflow stayed tight. Borrowing capacity got harder. Costs rose. The freedom we had started investing for still felt out of reach.
We knew there had to be a better way.
That is why we developed our renovation system the ACE Method™.
